Now I have a few requests to ask for help:
1. I have stayed in your hotel for many times, I like your hotel environment, catering and room layout. Your hotel has always been the first choice for me to come to New York on vacation or on business.
I would like to know, in February 18th, whether your hotel has a vacant suite? I want to check in. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for me.
2. I am on the site when booking a room, because of my own negligence, I have a hobby to set up a “low floor, non-smoking room”. Please help me to turn my room into a “tall building, smoking room”.
